I was dreading this, as a lot of the evaluations mentioned that the returns process was dreadful; primarily that they might not call anybody to set up the return! I went to to their site & found the area to set up collection of the mattress quickly. I completed the information, sent out the request, & received a verification e-mail all within 10/15 minutes. I then got a text & email to notify me of the collection day, then the day before collection was sent a text & e-mail with an approximate 4 hour time slot, then the early morning of collection I received a telephone call from the delivery/collection team to give me a more precise 2 hour time slot.
