I was dreading this, as a lot of the evaluations specified that the returns procedure was horrible; primarily that they might not get in touch with anybody to organize the return! I logged on to their website & found the section to arrange collection of the mattress straight away. I then got a text message & email to notify me of the collection day, then the day prior to collection was sent out a text & e-mail with an approximate 4 hour time slot, then the morning of collection I got a phone call from the delivery/collection group to give me a more accurate 2 hour time slot.
