I filled in the details, sent the request, & received a confirmation e-mail all within 10/15 minutes. I then got a text message & email to notify me of the collection day, then the day prior to collection was sent out a text & email with an approximate 4 hour time slot, then the morning of collection I received a telephone call from the delivery/collection group to provide me a more precise 2 hour time slot.
